Chilly Hollow Brewing Co. is a family owned & operated craft brewery opened in November 2024 & nestled in the rolling hills of an operating cattle farm in Berryville, Virginia.


Enjoy beer crafted on site by an award-winning brewmaster as well as local wine, cider, bar food, & grass-fed beef raised in the brewhouse’s backyard.


We welcome dogs, families, & beer snobs alike to our expansive taproom & property close by the DC Metro area & Shenandoah Valley.

Happy birthday, Virginia! In honor of VA250, we teamed up with George Washington's Mount Vernon, Dynasty Brewing, and the beer historians at Lost Lagers to brew "Common Country", a true-to-history pale ale made with Virginia-grown ingredients.
